Superb Cleaning Services recognises its moral and legal responsibilities under workplace health and safety (WHS) legislation to provide a safe and healthy work environment. To ensure WH&S and environmentally responsible behavior is accepted as an integral part of our operations we specifically established our WH&S and Environmental Management Plans.

Superb Cleaning Services is committed to managing all aspects of our operations in an environmentally responsible manner at all times. We care about the environment, and we ask our customers to do the same.

Quality assured
Superb Cleaning Service’s Quality Assurance Program embraces and includes system of planning, reviewing, inspecting, auditing and reporting on the quality of the contracts we undertake.Our Quality Assurance Program reinforces our commitment to excellence. This applies to all forms of services and processes that create SCS’s customer service.

Transition to SCS
SCS is committed to ensuring a smooth transition from day one, and improvement the only difference, just better cleaning and better service.

Experienced staff
We ensure that all Superb Cleaning staff are experienced, have current blue cards and National Police checks.
SCS ensures, that all staff undergo a period of formal induction and training before being allocated to a work area to enable them to perform their work in a manner, that is safe and without risk to their health and safety.

In addition to induction and standard training, there is a structured follow-up training program where changes to procedures are required for any reason.

Continual Improvement
Working together with our clients SCS management and staff, are committed to a team approach and collectively are always looking to see where there could be an opportunity for better ways of operating.
